McMahon & Hill Bloodstock made two targeted purchases at this week’s Fasig-Tipton January Digital Sale, acquiring mares selected specifically to be bred to Showcase and offered as a packaged opportunity that includes a share in the stallion.
This package is designed to provide access to the New York breeding program at an approachable entry point, combining quality broodmares with a promising young stallion who brings both pedigree and racetrack credentials.
Showcase Joins McMahon of Saratoga Thoroughbreds
Showcase will stand at McMahon of Saratoga Thoroughbreds for the 2026 breeding season at a fee of $5,000 live foal. A Grade 2 winning son of Uncle Mo, Showcase showed elite ability in limited starts and left a lasting impression on his connections.
He earned TDN Rising Star honors after winning on debut in New York and followed up with a victory in the Grade 2 Saratoga Special. Todd Pletcher praised Showcase as his best two-year-old that season, citing his explosive speed, natural talent, and the impact he could have on the New York breeding program.
The Mares

Magic Mags was purchased for $5,500. She is by elite broodmare sire Bernardini and out of black type winner Honolulu. She is currently in foal to Stage Raider on a March 26 cover. Stage Raider is a half brother to Triple Crown winner and leading third crop sire Justify and is by Pioneer of the Nile. He broke his maiden at Keeneland in dominant fashion, winning by more than ten lengths, then went on to capture a black type stake at Ellis Park and finish second in the Grade 2 Ack Ack Stakes at Churchill Downs.

Win the Kitty was purchased for $8,500. She is by Honor Code out of an Elusive Quality mare. Though unraced, she comes from a productive family of winners. She is in foal to Mo Town on a March 1 cover. Mo Town is a Grade 1 winning son of Uncle Mo and the sire of 19 stakes winners, including six graded stakes winners. His son Brotha Keny recently made history at the Inglis Digital USA Sale, selling for $550,000, the highest price ever achieved at that venue.
Ownership Opportunities
McMahon & Hill is offering limited 10% and 20% co ownership opportunities in this Showcase breeding package. This structure provides partners with exposure to both broodmare and stallion upside while participating in the incentives and opportunities available through the New York breeding program.
