You’ll have the chance to be involved alongside experienced industry professionals, with a focus on

placing every horse in the right position for success.

Opportunities may include U.S. racing, New Zealand racing, pinhooking, and breeding,

depending on the individual horse.

A total of 20% ownership is being offered:

Spruce Lane Farm Mare Co-Ownership

An opportunity to partner on Sunriser, recently acquired at the Fasig-Tipton February Digital Sale.

She is due in April to Front Run The Fed, whose first foals were born in 2025. Sunriser is the dam of two foals who sold in 2025. These include a Mitole for $28,000 at Fasig Oct and a Taiba for $110,000 at November that we thought was very nice. She looks like a nice commercial play.

We are going to ship Sunriser to NY and breed her to Central Banker. Partners are welcome at 10-25%. All will share in monthly expenses and revenue from sales and NY breeders awards.
