Queen Zou Prevails in a Thrilling Finish at Pukekohe Park

Saturday, November 22 at Pukekohe Park proved to be a big one for Queen Zou, who captured Race 10 in dramatic fashion, winning by a short head in the Rating 65 Benchmark for 3yo & Up over 1400 meters. The turf event carried a purse of NZD $75,000.

Queen Zou was ridden by Matt Cartwright and conditioned by trainer Stephen Marsh. The 2020 AUS-bred mare is owned by the 2022 Bourbon Lane Stable New Zealand LLC Partnership along with Mrs R A Carter, B Kendall, Dr P H Mitchell, and A P Saker.

Her performance adds to a growing resume, bringing her career earnings to $141,295.00.
